Othiniel is a rapper who was born in the the city of Bulawayo and raised in Nkulumane. He uses his music to highlight issues that are affecting his community and to lift the voices of people who have been marginalized and ignored. His music consists of three languages – Ndebele, English & Shona – and he ventures into different genres like Rap, Trap, Kwaito, Naija, Afro Pop, Amapiano and Tribal. Having launched his music career in 2016, by 2017 Oxzy took an interest in live performances. By the end of 2020 he had performed in several events including birthday parties, weddings, street carnivals, local clubs, pubs, schools, theatres, festivals, church events and restaurants. You can easily relate to his music because he sings about common situations & the lifestyles of ordinary people.
