The search for young (18-35), energetic and talented first time artist with a passion for music.
Step 2
Identify the top 10 first time artists through a selection process with experts from the music industry and civil society.
Step 3
Provide this first time artists with access to musical training by development practitioners, leading artists in the music industry to build their musical skills and make songs.
