Philip Kromah also known as ‘King Saoboso’, is a recording artist, rapper, and musical activist from the Mende Empire. He is popularly known for his raps in the Mandingo dialect and has produced over 15 songs with a mixture of local Liberian pidgin English, Colokwa and Mandingo. Phillips is considered one of the best Mandingo rappers in Liberia.
